Systematic Group of Companies

Quality / R&D

Quality is an integral part of Systematic Weld Mesh values; we are committed to producing the best possible product that meets or exceeds customer expectations. We perform rigorous quality control checks that begin upon the intake of raw materials and continue at each individual stage of the manufacturing process.

Research and Development

Systematic Weld Mesh - an ISO 9001:2008 Certified Company has a discrete research and development unit dedicated to fostering technological advances in weld mesh technology. We strive to develop higher quality products by utilizing innovative manufacturing processes for both galvanized and non-galvanized wire products.

Quality Policy

Commitment : Quality is an integral part of Systematic Weld Mesh values; we are committed to producing the best possible product that meets or exceeds customer expectations. We perform rigorous quality control checks that begin upon the intake of raw materials and continue at each individual stage of the manufacturing process.

We have been certified as an ISO 9001:2008 compliant organization.

Quality Control : Our manufacturing units are installed with state of the art testing facilities. Our vigilant team of quality control technicians carefully scrutinizes every product at each stage of the manufacturing process to weed out all sub-standard products and material.

Weld Mesh Weight Calculations

Tips on weight calculation (For wire mesh with square hole only): You can easily get the weight when having the following information:

  • Wire diameter (must be in MM)

  • Mesh Number per inch

  • Roll/Piece Width (must be in Meter)

  • Partitions & Shelters

  • Roll/Piece Length (must be in Meter)

For Materials of Iron, Steel, or Stainless Steel,

Weight = Wire Dia (MM)2 X Mesh No. X Roll Width (M) X Roll Length (M)/2

Example 1 :
Gal. Welded Wire Mesh 1/2inch x 1/2inch x 0.711MM X 3Feet X 100Feet
Weight = 0.7112 X 2 X 0.914 X 30.48/2 = 14.1KG

Example 2 :
S.S. weld mesh 100mesh x 100mesh x 0.10MM x 1M x 30M
Weight = 0.102 X 100 X 1 X 30/2 = 15.0KG

That means the theory weight of S.S. mesh 100mesh x 100mesh x 0.1MM per 1M x 30M roll is 15.0KG.
Sometimes factory offered the weight to be 14.7kg as the weight tolerance is around 2%.

Note : This weight calculation formula can be applied to Iron, Steel, or S.S. wire mesh with square hole.
